DOCUMENTATION

Afrika Burns will be a well-documented event. All documentary enquiries to be e-mailed to Richard Gregory [documentary coordinator] at rich@finngregory.com.

Film and video cameras are forbidden without permission. All video cameras must be registered and tagged - even digital still cameras capable of capturing a few seconds of video! This is to protect the privacy of participants.

Use Agreement forms for personal video cameras will be available upon arrival at the main entrance Gate, the Greeter's Station or General Info.

If you are considering filming or videotaping for professional purposes, you must have a commercial agreement on file with the Media Team prior to your arrival onsite. Commercial use of images taken at Afrika Burns without permission is subject to cunning legal action and punishable by death. This includes amateurs and professionals who capture images.

MEDIA

All media enquiries to be e-mailed to info@afrikaburns.com
Reporting and documenting is a form of expression. There are a limited number of video crews filming at the event. Those approved to film are pledged not to interfere with your experience.

Commercial use of all imagery taken at Afrika Burns is forbidden without express permission. All professional photographers with intent to receive compensation for an Afrika Burns image [including editorial or gallery] must check in with the documentary team. Pre- or post-event photographers should contact press@afrikaburns.com for permission. Professional media will receive specific camera tags, indicating that they've registered with the documentary team and have been informed of our community expectations for filming.
